SAFE
TRAVELS
The mission in
Vietnam went very well. James was part of the planning team. The actual mission will execute in June when a C130 from the
N.C. Air National Guard will be used to transport Doctors and Engineers to Dong
Hoi Vietnam. The Doctors will give medical care to approximately 500 patients
per day. The Engineers are going to focus on restoring a rundown medical
clinic. The objective of these missions is to build relationships, provide
assistance, and leave behind improved capabilities for the host nation to care
for it's people. You can read more about the Pacific Angel mission on
wikipedia.
James will not
have the opportunity to participate in the June execution of this mission as we
will be in Alaska serving with our mission teams at Tanalian Bible Camp.
James arrived
home safely last night. He flew from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Bangkok to
Tokyo. Yesterday afternoon there was a freak snowstorm in Tokyo that threatened
to keep them on the ground overnight. However, after four hours sitting in the
Boeing 747 on the ground waiting for de-icing and runway snow removal, the Delta
crew was able to get the plane off the ground and on it's way to Atlanta. It
was another joyful reunion at the airport with dad and mom and kids. THANK YOU
LORD!

FOR OUR ALASKA FRIENDS
We are driving a trailer with our stuff
to Alaska in March.
We would love to find someone in Alaska
that needs a truck - as you know everything is less expensive in the lower
48.
We would coordinate the purchase with
them and then drive it there with a trailer in March. We are NOT talking about
pulling our camper - just an enclosed trailer that we will sell when we get
there.
James would actually drive it up, park
the trailer, drop off the truck and fly home to get the family.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU KNOW ANYONE
THAT NEEDS A TRUCK FROM THE LOWER
48.
